They’re now looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help support day-to-day operations,
manage community feedback, and assist with admin tasks so the founder and team can stay

Role Overview
This role will support both internal team coordination and customer-facing community
management. You’ll help organize information, track user feedback, and keep communication
flowing between the community and the development team.
You’ll report directly to the founder and act as a central point for handling tasks, organizing
feedback, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
● Monitor community channels (e.g. Discord) for bug reports, issues, and feature requests
● Triage and organize feedback from users
● Create and manage tickets in Jira
● Assign tasks and help manage the flow of information between team members
● Assist with administrative tasks as needed
● Add new exercises to the platform’s exercise library based on user requests
● Help ensure customer feedback reaches the right team members quickly
