About Jimdo
We exist to unleash the power of the self-employed - helping solopreneurs and micro-businesses thrive by doing what they're passionate about and removing the complexity of building lasting, successful businesses.
Jimdo started in 2007 when three school friends built a website builder in a Northern German farmhouse to help everyone build a presence online. Today, we're a profitable, remote-first company with 220+ people from 50+ nationalities working across 15+ countries. We've helped build over 36 million websites to get online across the world.
We're more than just a website builder. We're an AI-powered platform that helps self-employed people actually run and build successful businesses — from getting found online, winning customers and running their business with a peace of mind by knowing exactly what to do next to move forward.
At the heart of Jimdo is a strong belief in personalized, data-driven guidance. Our platform combines design, business tools, and an AI-powered core that turns real customer data into clear insights and next steps helping our customers focus on what moves their business forward.
Role Overview :
As AI & Analytics Partner, you will drive the AI-first transformation of Jimdo through data, analytics, and automation. As an AI & Analytics Partner embedded in the People function, you will design and ship AI agents, analytics frameworks, and workflow automations that make operations faster, smarter, and more scalable while building the team’s capability to independently run and extend those systems.
You bring deep AI and analytics expertise alongside a working knowledge of People Operations, giving you the context to build solutions that are compliant, contextually smart, and genuinely adopted. You’ll report to the Manager of Performance Intelligence and initially support the People Operations Team with the goal to expand into the entire CFO organization.
Your impact:
Establish a single source of truth for People data, improving accuracy and decision-making
Build and scale reporting dashboards and analytics frameworks for leadership
Identify high-friction processes and deploy AI-powered automations and agents
Reduce manual work, cycle times, and repetitive HR queries through workflow optimisation
Improve self-service capabilities for employees and managers using AI tools
Integrate HR, Finance, and Legal data systems to ensure consistency and reliability
Translate insights into tangible process and system improvements
Enable teams through workshops, playbooks, and hands-on collaboration
Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the organisation
Promote responsible, compliant, and transparent use of AI
What you bring:
5+ years in data analytics, AI/automation, or technical systems roles
3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, workflow orchestration tools (e.g. n8n), and prompt engineering
Proven experience improving business processes through automation or system redesign
Practical experience applying AI or advanced automation in an operational context
Medium-level familiarity with People Operations or HR systems (HRIS, payroll, compensation tools) — direct HR experience is a plus, not a requirement
Experience working closely with Finance, Legal, and/or external HR service providers
