About us 👇🏼

lemlist is the sales engagement platform that gives sales teams the unfair advantage they deserve.

Bootstrapped since day one, we’ve grown from 0 to $40M ARR in 6 years, without raising a single dollar.

Today, we’re a profitable B2B SaaS valued at $150M, trusted by 40,000+ sales teams worldwide to book more meetings and close more deals.

The role: Website Growth Manager

We’re looking for a Website Growth Manager to own the roadmap and performance of lemlist.com, and turn it into a high-impact acquisition and brand engine.

Your mission: continuously improve our web experience across UX, messaging, design, and conversion.

You’ll sit between Product Marketing and Growth, treating the website as a product, iterating fast, experimenting often, and ensuring every page feels clear, on-brand, and built for performance.

You will report to the VP of Growth.

Core success metrics:

  • Frequency & quality of experiments

  • Page delivery velocity

  • Conversion rate improvements (visitors → signups/demos)

  • Consistency & quality of brand experience

What you’ll do

Turn the website into a product asset, not a static marketing site

Website operations & delivery

  • Co-define website roadmap with key stakeholders - PMM, Growth & leadership - to improve pages structure, messaging, and conversion paths

  • Own the CMS (Storyblok) & build pages autonomously: clean structure, reusable components, fast and reliable page delivery without bugs

  • Translate design specs into production-ready components, leveraging Claude Code to ship faster and continuously evolve the codebase

  • Structure new page flows that connect the website to the CRM (eg. rework book-a-demo forms depending on the traffic source)

  • Set up and scale the localization workflow (eg. AI translation → native review → CMS integration)

  • Keep teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and key updates

Performance & UX improvements

  • Identify friction and growth opportunities using data and user behavior (e.g. low mobile free trial CVR, social proof below the fold) and turn them into concrete improvements in UX and content

  • Build and iterate on key growth levers (e.g. interactive demos, pop-ups, layout variants), using SaaS benchmarks and continuous testing

Your first year at lemlist

Months 1–3: Learn and take ownership

  • Master Storyblok, components, and website architecture.

  • Identify quick wins, content gaps, and UX friction.

  • Start shipping improvements & new pages fast.

  • Set up basic website process (requests → design → build → QA → release).

  • Set up translation process

→ Objective: early measurable impact + fast iteration velocity.

Months 3–6: Improve and iterate

  • Start a recurring experimentation cadence.

  • Update and simplify navigation based on user behavior.

  • Clarify a predictable process for translations and content updates.

→ Objective: consistent shipping + noticeable conversion improvements.

Months 6–12: Scale and optimize

  • Turn the website into a predictable, high-performing acquisition lever.

  • Build and maintain a long-term roadmap aligned with Growth and PMM.

  • Push brand experience to a higher standard across UX, design, and storytelling.

→ Objective: clear, measurable impact on conversion to free trial

Who you are

  • You come from a growth, marketing, product, or web-related background (CRO, PMM, website, growth engineering…)

  • You’re motivated by business impact, stay curious by learning from what others do, and constantly challenge the status quo to find better ways to drive results.

  • You think like a product owner: you bring structure, prioritize rigorously, and execute in a clear and organized way

  • You communicate clearly with stakeholders and know how to align teams around priorities and decisions

  • You like working with data: you spot issues, form hypotheses, and measure impact

  • You’re hands-on with tools: comfortable in a CMS and able to build pages using components autonomously

  • You have a good eye for UX and consistency even if you’re not a designer

  • It’s a strong plus if you understand frontend development / done a code bootcamp (like le wagon)

  • You’re fluent in English

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary + yearly company bonus

  • 37 days of holidays/year

  • Heath inssurance 100% covered (Alan Blue)

  • Swile Meal Tickets

  • 100% covered Navigo

  • High-end laptop and tools

  • Yearly international team retreat

  2. Business Case (async) + Live session with Growth

  3. Cultural fit with CMO and PMM
