The role

AI is fundamentally changing how work gets done — across every sector, every function, every role. Hiring is no exception. The way talent gets found, evaluated, and secured is being reengineered from the ground up, and Metaview is leading that charge.

In the next few years, this role will look very different to how it looks today. The tools, the leverage, the expectations — all of it is shifting. You can watch that happen from the outside, or you can come and shape it from inside the company building it.

Our team is our moat. The quality of people we bring in is the single biggest lever on what Metaview becomes, and you'll own that lever.

Key ownership areas:

  • Partner with Siadhal (Co-founder/CEO) and GTM leadership to define who we need, when, and why. Then go get them.

  • Proactively, relentlessly source, engage, screen, and close the best GTM talent in SF and on the East Coast.

  • Refine our recruiting infrastructure and keep making it sharper. Sure, a strong process secures great people at pace. The greater opportunity is to build a hiring machine that combines systematic rigor with human judgment 10x'ing our capacity leaving out competition at the starting line.

  • Develop and maintain genuine expertise in SF and East Coast GTM talent; where the best operators are, what they care about, and what it takes to land them.

  • Keep leadership honest. Surface recruiting pipeline realities and translate them into clear, data-driven decisions, tradeoffs and next steps.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth B2B. You've seen world-class, you know how it shows up.

  • Skilled assessor. You can sell and rigorously interrogate in the same conversation, leaving a first meeting knowing exactly whether someone is top 1% or not.

  • A passion for building a network in the SF and East Coast. You've spent years building genuine relationships with world-class operators. When browsing turns to buying, you're the first person they call.

  • AI-native. You've already figured out how to use it to move faster and hire better. You're not waiting for permission or a playbook.

  • A track record of partnering directly with executives and GTM leaders to scope, refine, and close top-tier talent.

  • A hunter mentality. The SF GTM market doesn't give up its best people easily, you'll find a way.
