Requirements- Proven Track Record: Solid experience in technical leadership roles with a documented history of direct crisis management and technical negotiations with key clients.
- Backend Mastery: Advanced expertise in high-performance programming languages and ecosystems, focusing on building systems robust enough to withstand rigorous audits and compliance reviews.
- Cloud Infrastructure & FinOps: Deep proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, CloudFront, Route 53, S3), with a focus on cost transparency and resource optimization to justify infrastructure investments to stakeholders.
- Technical Diplomacy: Proven ability in strategic negotiation and high-level communication, capable of delivering constructive "nos" while proposing alternative solutions that preserve and strengthen client relationships.
