About Anterior:
Anterior is on a mission to transform healthcare administration, making it seamless and invisible so clinicians can focus on delivering care. We've built an AI-powered platform designed by clinicians, for clinicians, to simplify administrative workflows and improve patient outcomes. By combining clinical expertise with cutting-edge technology, we're revolutionizing healthcare operations with responsible AI.
We're growing rapidly and are backed by world-class investors including Sequoia, New Enterprise Associates (NEA), and Neo along with notable angels including the founders of DeepMind, Google AI, and Inflection AI.
Anterior is improving the experience of healthcare for everyone. We're working on the cutting edge of using technology to make clinical decision-making frictionless.
We're building exciting tech for huge customers and we trust in the foundations: keep it simple, build strong foundations, and the rest will follow.
The Team:
At Anterior, we work in small, cross-functional teams — engineering, clinical, product, and customer-facing — to solve real problems for large enterprise customers. This role sits at the intersection of those teams, owning how we translate customer needs into technical solutions and get them into production.
About You:
You have a passion for doing things The Right Way. You believe Less is More. You've run programs at companies where execution actually mattered — where slipping a deadline meant real consequences, not just a status update. You've seen what good execution looks like at scale, and you've seen what happens when programs are run poorly. You care about the fundamentals: clear scope, real dependencies, honest timelines.
You're technical enough to earn the respect of the engineers you work with. You can read a system design doc, understand a deployment pipeline, and ask the right questions in a postmortem. You don't need to write production code, but you need to understand the systems well enough to know where the real risks are.
You may be coming from a TPM, solutions architect, or technical deployment role at a scale-up, big tech, or a high-growth startup. What matters is that you've owned complex technical programs end-to-end — scoping solutions for enterprise customers, coordinating across teams, and shipping.

About the Role:
The Technical Solutions Architect at Anterior will own how we design and deliver solutions for our enterprise customers — from scoping integrations through to successful deployment. You'll work across engineering, product, clinical, and customer-facing teams to drive programs that span our platform, integrations, and enterprise deployments.
Designing and driving end-to-end solutions for enterprise customers, from scoping through delivery
Coordinating across engineering, product, clinical, and customer teams to keep enterprise integrations and deployments on track
Identifying dependencies, risks, and blockers early — and resolving them before they become problems
Building lightweight program management processes that fit a fast-moving ~10-person engineering team (not importing big-company overhead)
Managing the cadence of engineering planning, tracking progress, and ensuring the team has clear priorities
Working directly with enterprise customers' technical teams to architect integration solutions, scope timelines, and define requirements
Driving incident response coordination and postmortem follow-through
Contributing to how we scale our deployment and solutions practice — processes, tooling, and playbooks that work for 5 customers and will still work for 50
