Supply Technician (Motor Vehicle Operator)

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Follow procedures to inspect supplies and/or equipment for discrepancies; 2) Operates automated word processing equipment to prepare a variety of material including correspondence, forms, reports, etc.; 3) Maintains property book in accordance with applicable regulations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
About the Position: This is a Supply Technician for US Army Cadet Command, 4th Brigade located at Newark, Delaware.
Provides staff assistance in all areas of supply and logistics management for the Senior Reserve Officer Training Corps (SROTC) Program and affiliates within the Task Force structure.
Forecasts, requests and manages the Operations and Maintenance, Army (OMA) and Military Personnel, Army (MPA) budgets for the host program and affiliates within the Task Force structure.
Accounts for property and manages various classes of supplies at the host and affiliated programs.
Utilizes various automated computer and/or software applications to prepare documents involving supply transactions, management reports and logistics.
