DevOps TeamFull-Time (English)

Mujin is a global leader in industrial automation, redefining supply chain efficiency through MujinOS—our intelligent operating system for robotics. At our core is Machine Intelligence (MujinMI), a unique approach that leverages real-time digital twins and advanced perception, planning, and control algorithms to achieve fully autonomous operations.

Our flagship product, MujinController, empowers users with a highly configurable, no-code interface. By integrating cutting-edge motion planning and computer vision, it enables seamless automation for complex applications such as palletizing, picking, and truck unloading.

Headquartered in Japan with a growing presence in the US, China, and Europe, we invite you to join a dynamic environment where you can shape the future of automation.

About the Role

Mujin is hiring a Senior Software Engineer focused on improving the development and build processes of large-scale robotics software systems.

This role is not limited to CI/CD operations. You will identify fundamental bottlenecks in the development workflow, such as slow builds, unreliable dependencies, and complex build configurations, and solve them at the build system level.

This role is a strong fit for engineers who have worked on engineering productivity, developer platforms, or internal tooling teams, where they improved build or development workflows at a system level, beyond simply operating CI/CD pipelines.

You will work on designing and evolving the build system itself to improve developer productivity, reproducibility, and scalability across large C/C++ codebases.

Examples of challenges you may work on:
• Reducing build times from hours to minutes by redesigning the build system.
• Re-architecting dependency management to remove hidden coupling between modules.
• Improving build reproducibility across local and CI environments.
